Mind Yeti is an online mindfulness resource that provides teachers and parents/guardians with user-friendly strategies for meeting students’ social and emotional learning needs. Resources are available in English and Spanish, and they revolve around a collection of short meditative video/audio scripts. Within Mind Yeti, these materials can be searched by topic and used for brain breaks, redirection, relaxation, or state changers. The audio files can also be listened to on Spotify or on iTunes as podcasts, and many of the videos are available on YouTube. Mind Yeti resources are particularly appropriate for younger learners.
