Choose the Right Platform for Remote Teaching

You will need some way to connect with your students and teach your lessons. How you do this may be partially determined by what technology is available to you and your students. In some cases, your district may require you to use a specific platform for either live or self-paced instruction. If that is the case, some of these decisions will already be made for you.  If your school does not provide specific tools, you will need to explore and find your best options. Fortunately, there are some powerful, free tools available for both live and self-paced teaching, so you should be able to find something to meet your needs.

This collection of articles will guide you through the process of selecting the teaching platform that is right for you and your students. Options are provided for both live and self-paced instruction. Since these platforms each have advantages and disadvantages, consider using both of them in a way that works best for you.
