Internet connectivity is no longer a luxury in our society. It has become an essential tool for nearly every facet of our lives, including entering and remaining in the workforce, accessing important support programs, engaging in education, and staying in touch with one another.
To help provide this critical access, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has launched the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). This program offers an opportunity for qualified households to save on their internet bill, get one-time discounts on the purchase of computing devices, and potentially get high-speed internet for free. In short, it can help households in need get connected.
